Das Loft lag für unseren Familytrip ideal direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung unserer Tochter und auch als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten Es sieht genau aus, wie auf den Fotos ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause, Die Komunikation mit Babette war problemlos und die Angaben zum Self-Checkin funktionierten auch. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Eine sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Es ist alles da um z.B. auch Mal zu kochen, neben Kochgeschirr auch Basisgewürze etc. Die Wohnung ist durch die vielen Fenster wunderbar hell und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Sommer ist bestimmt auch der Balkon toll. Wir waren zu 6., was von der Aufteilung der Zimmer perfekt gepasst hat - einzig ein zweites Bad/Toilette wäre ab und an praktisch gewesen. Nicht zu unterschätzen ist der 5. Stock ohne Aufzug, insbesondere mit Gepäck ;)

Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 5 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle für an den Hauptbahnhof. Alles super sauber, Fewo hatte alles was man im eigenen Haushalt hat. Wir haben es super genossen und kommen gerne zurück oder empfehlen sie definitiv weiter.

Wir hatten als Freundesgruppe eine tolle Zeit, die Wohnung ist schön groß und ist top ausgestattet man hat alles was man in einer Wohnung so braucht. Der Check-In verlief super und war auch flexibel, Parkmöglichkeiten ist in der Straße leider eher mangelhaft vor allem mit einem größeren Auto. Aber alles in allem sehr schön, gepflegt und relativ ruhig. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

La cuisine est bien équipée, les espaces communs accueillants, les lits agréables. On trouve facilement ce dont on a besoin dans les commerces du quartier et c’est relativement simple de se rendre en ville en transports publics.

This place is definitely under sold. The apartment was far bigger than expected, both in open space and the rooms. Very quirky, light and unique designs. Well equipped kitchen, nice seating area and dining area. One bathroom which is large with a nice bath and roomy shower. All in all if you can get over the 5 flights of stairs it is a great place to stay! It is approximately 20 minutes on a scooter to get to Berlin centre, however public transport is an option too. Bars nearby with decent drinks! Host had great communication and instructions were clear from the off. Willingness to help with additional extras where possible.

It was an easy distance into central Berlin (we did this mostly by Uber, but the public transport links looked good as well!) We loved the balcony and the flat on the whole as a base location! (Just really note it is on the 5th floor and there are a lot of stairs ... Worth it when you get there!)

Wir sind eher zufällig bei Babett gelandet, weil unsere eigentliche Buchung - nicht Airbnb - wenige Tage vor Ankunft storniert wurde, und es absolut nichts mehr gab, was unseren Anforderungen entsprach ( 3 Schlafzimmer, gemeinsamer Wohnraum, Küche) und in unserem Budget lag. Diese Wohnung war auch nicht im Budget, aber sah so schön aus, dass wir uns dennoch für sie entschieden haben. Und wir haben unser Geld gut angelegt. Es war einfach alles super! Die Lage - eine schöne Ecke und total ruhig. Die Wohnung großzügig, schön eingerichtet und bemerkenswert gut ausgestattet, ein wunderbarer Balkon und eine gute Kommunikation. Wir können dir Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Und kommen gern wieder.

It was quiet at night, absent the occasional car horn. You could get anywhere with the metro system. Or, you could rent bikes. The weather during our stay was cool. We could open the windows and get good ventilation.

Für einen Berlinurlaub eine super ausgestattete Wohnung im obersten Stock des Hauses. Bad und Küche sauber, Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern und sehr geräumig. Um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen lädt zu fortgeschrittener Stunde besonders der Balkon ein. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage. U-Bahn und S-Bahn in ca 10 Minuten Gehweite, Bushaltestelle und nächster Supermarkt sind ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kommunikation sowie der CheckIn waren problemlos und alle notwendigen Informationen wurden vorab vollständig mitgeteilt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, da es an nichts mangelt.

There were recommendations for local restaurants, lots of amenities in the apartment, and we really appreciated a place to store our luggage for several hours after check-out so we could enjoy more sight-seeing. Babett was very responsive to all of my questions and this experience made our visit to Berlin even better.

We, a family of five, felt right at home. The appartment gets warm quickly and it is quite a climb getting to the fifth floor (stairs only), but it was not a problem for us. All in all highly recommended.

The apartment is perfect for groups / couples / families travelling together! It is placed in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance from groceries. There’s a bit of a walk to the mid-town but it was easy to reach with public transportation. 5 stars from us! Such a great experience! Tip: Download the BVG Tickets app to buy tickets for public transportation easily.

Wir wurden vor Ort von einer freundlichen Mitarbeitern der Berlin Lofts UG empfangen, die uns die Wohnung zeigte. In der Wohnung liegt ein Lageplan, auf dem die umgebenden Supermärkte, Restaurants, U-Bahn-Stationen etc. eingezeichnet sind. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Trotzdem ist Berlin Mitte mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell zu erreichen. Wir sind auch einige Male zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gelaufen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr schön und stimmig mit Liebe zum Detail - vor allem die tollen Wandmalereien - genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage im obersten Stockwerk mit Blick in den Himmel vom Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage der Wohnung ist schon etwas Besonderes. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Logement spacieux, bien éclairé et très agréable dans un quartier résidentiel calme. La cuisine est très bien équipée (de la planche à découper à la balance de cuisine, pied à soupe, etc…). Tout le linge de maison est fourni, ainsi que le savon, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. On se sent tout de suite à la maison. Hôte à l’écoute, flexible. Aire de jeux pour enfants dans la cour arborée. Deux inconvénients : les 5 étages à monter et les toilettes dans la salle de bain (embouteillages le matin quand on est nombreux). La partie ouest de Berlin est facilement accessible (zoo, Charlottenburg), le centre historique n’est pas très loin en distance mais il faut compter 35 à 45 minutes pour s’y rendre en transport en commun. Les métros et bus sont à 10 minutes à pied environ, comme les supermarchés.

Totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario. En la cocina había todo tipo de enseres y menaje., Es un apartamento amplio con espacio de sobra para 6 personas. Todo está perfecto, muy bonito y extremadamente limpio. Si volvemos a Berlín, repetiremos sin duda. A 5 minutos hay un Lidl y a 10 minutos la estación de tren. El único "pero" que se puede poner, es que no hay ascensor y hay que subir muchas escaleras hasta llegar. Pero merece la pena sin duda.

The host was very communicative and flexible, ensuring that our two separate groups of travelers were able to coordinate and arrive in the apartment at slightly different times. Die Einrichtung hat mir sehr gut gefallen, alles war sauber und funktionierte einwandfrei. Wenn ich wieder nach Berlin reisen, würde ich gerne wieder hier unterkommen.

Un 5ème étage sans ascenseur mais une situation en hauteur appréciable après une journée de visite de Berlin. Les lieux de visite sont accessibles en bus et en métro en 40 minutes environ. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Stephan.

Wir haben das Apartment sehr genossen. Sehr sauber ein gute ruhige Lage und viel platz. Empfehlenswert für grössere Gruppen/Familien die Berlin geniessen wollen. Das check-in verlief reibungslos und man bekommt eine gute Übersicht über die Umgebung. Das einzige, dass wir vermisst haben ist eine vollständige Grundausstattung der Küche. Es hat zwar viel aber z.b eine gute Kochkelle oder backpapier haben wir nicht gefunden. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder, es lohnt sich sehr!

Flot udsigt fra 5. sal, men der er ingen elevator, så det er ikke en lejlighed for gangbesværede. Terrassen var større end på billederne, og vi nød den meget i det gode vejr. Lejligheden var utrolig veludstyret og kommunikationen med værten var upåklagelig. Vi havde brug for hjælp en enkelt gang pga. et tilstoppet afløb og det blev løst med det samme, dejligt! Vi kan kun anbefale et ophold i Babetts lejlighed :-)

Die Wohnung sieht sogar noch besser aus und fühlt sich noch geräumiger an, als auf den Bildern zu erahnen ist. Die Aussicht über Berlin ist vor allem vom Raum in der obersten Etage unbeschreiblich. Das Loft ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und überrascht mit vielen kleinen, liebevollen Details. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war herzlich, die Empfehlungen für den Kiez sehr gut. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The loft apartment provided us with a wonderfully quirky and light filled space for a family stay in Berlin. It is well equipped and we loved the outdoor space on the balcony and the amusing graffiti/ art work to be found throughout. The local area has some good restaurants and bakeries and it was easy to get to the U /S barn station. Our flight arrived very late at night and yet we were welcomed in person and given good instructions for the apartment and the locality. If you are looking for an enjoyable space in which to relax as a family during your stay, then I would certainly recommend the loft apartment.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for four nights as a family of 5 with three grown up children. The apartment was a great size. had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Location was good with great transport links. It was a residential area so there were some nearby shops, bars and restaurants - not loads but enough. Apartment was very accurately described - including the 99 steps! It really is a loft apartment.

Wir haben das Apartment sehr genossen. Es war sauber und hatte eine ruhige Lage, trotzdem war man schnell im Zentrum. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief bestens und man bekam einen guten Überblick über die Umgebung mit Plan. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Brilliant stay despite COVID-19!
Myself and my friends booked this apartment for a few days prior to knowing how we may be affected by the corona virus. The apartment was extremely clean and a wonderful space for a group holiday or family to stay. We were made welcome on arrival and I felt that would we have required help, it was just a call away. The only downside was that there was only one bathroom between us however as we were out most of the day exploring it didn't cause much of an issue. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for having us! Lizzy and friends x

Sky Loft is an outstanding apartment
The Sky Loft has fantastic ambience and amenities. The stylish apartment is a great way to unwind after a day of exploring wonderful Berlin. The bedrooms are fantastic and also the open lounge, kitchen and dining room provides plenty of space to relax. We appreciated all the excellent facilities in the apartment. It was really a terrific stay for a family of five.

A good place
The view from the terrace was amazing! Communication was easy and fast. The apartment needs some updating, sofa and floors have seen better days. Location ok, quiet neighbourhood, but only few good restaurants really close by.
