    Great place! Great host! We were seven people in Berlin on an extended weekend to enjoy the sights and great restaurant experiences. The apartment is perfect for larger groups. Beds are comfortable and big enough to share. Kitchen facilities are amazing. There is everything you need + extra! We met our host during our stay and she was very helpful and friendly. I can definitely recommend this place for your next Berlin trip. U+S-bahn stations are within short walking distance. 5 stars from us to this place!!

    Great stay the best apartment I've ever had in this area. I've stayed in a few apartments within this area of Berlin as it's convenient to get central but also to the Messe for conventions I visit. The apartment was better than I expected really spacious and the beds extremely comfortable nice area outside. I will be booking again for next year. Very happy to find such a great place Host was very proactive on messaging to let us know as soon as we could check in, provided in depth details for check and messaged to make sure everything was fine

    The apartment was as described, with fully equipped kitchen and all Miele appliances. Is was clean and the welcoming was good and on time. We had a nice stay. We were 8 persons: 2 families with adult children and there was enougt space for all of us. Quite a walk to the center but an Uber was like 10-12 EUR. There is a Lidl nearby for your daily shopping.

    Wir haben die Wohnung mit zwei Familien genutzt. Sie ist sehr schön, hell, geräumig und gemütlich, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist zentral mit guter Anbindung an Bus und U-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in etwa 500 m, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls ein Highlight, auch wenn wir sie wegen des Winterwetters natürlich nicht nutzen konnten.

The apartment is not right in the city centre, but the location is well connected to the buses, tram and trains S/U. We had a great stay.

    We were 5 people who stayed in this apartment for a week. The flat is large, clean, have nice common areas and is located in a calm neighbourhood. Communication was easy and it is possible to store luggage here after check out. Deinitely recommend this place!

    This loft is amazing! The neighborhood is a bit outside of the heart of the city but offers a quiet respite after a long day of museum-hopping, sightseeing, and general scuffling around. The neighbors are quick to scold you for having quiet conversations outside after 10 pm but aside from that it's a lovely place to call yours for a little while.

    Es handelt sich um eine wirklich tolle, grosszügige Stadtwohnung im Erdgeschoss zu einem hellen Innenhof. Es sind keine störenden Stadtgeräusche vorhanden. In der Wohnung ist alles bis ins kleinste Detail gut durchdacht. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Im Quartier selbst haben wir nicht viel unternommen. Über die nahen Bushaltestellen sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt jedoch gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation und der direkte Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Diese Wohnung kann man vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

    Super great place, perfect for our team offsite. Spacious rooms for everyone and a big living/kitchen area where we could all gather. The private compound this unit is a part of is super lovely. The only downside is that it's not exactly in the centre of Berlin, but understandable given it's size. Not too bad of a walk to the S-bahn and U-bahn, and Edeka/Aldi closeby. Staff always on the grounds so it was very easy to get help when needed, just had to call and someone would arrive within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Restaurants in de buurt wat minder aanwezig De drie vrienden vonden de bedden prima. Persoonlijk vond ik de matras te hard en het dekbed te klein.

Kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly think of. Stylish, comfortable and definitely recommended. Only negative point is related to the dining table and chairs, which are quit uncomfortable if used for more than just a quick bite.

    Es ist eine wunderschöne, große Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Esstisch ist riesig und passt sehr gut in das geräumige Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ruhig im Innenhof und von zwei Seiten erreichbar. Eine Sitzmöglichkeit draußen ist im Sommer schön. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr praktisch und stilvoll möbliert. Das Wohnzimmer hat viele Sofas und Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)!!!

    Super schöne Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben. Hervorragend ausgestattet, insbesondere auch die Küche. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Stephan, Babett und Team, alle sehr hilfsbereit. Herzlicher Empfang durch Sofi, mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Und wir hatten sogar zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof. Wir (5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

    We loved Babett’s apartment. It was the perfect base for our trip and nice to have such a lot of space. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful courtyard out side too. I’m sure we’ll be back!

    Checkin notes asked me to call. No-one answered so I texted and no one got back to be. Advert says checking instructions will be sent 48 hrs before arrival. After 24hrs I chased. But I think they have a few properties to look after and no one of the above issues were problems, just don’t set expectations if you can’t meet them. Oh one of the toilets did t flush and kept filling up the cistern - again no big deal but a bit of a waste of water. Fantastic accommodations though, loved it. Nice bar round the corner called Perlou which was not on the map think should be. Also workmen/neighbours were in the garden early in the morning so make yourself presentable. All in all a fantastic stay but I think the admin could do with following through. I did go home with a set of keys which I am deeply ashamed about and will returns ASAP! Sorry folks!

    Berlin lofts is a great place to stay. We were 9 people and it was very confortable for all of us. The appartment is really beautiful and well furnished. The location is perfect : 15mn from Berlin Hauptbanhof by bus and we did many things by foot. The communication with the lofts team was really easy and fluent. Many thanks to Babeth and Stephan.     Ein ganz großes Lob für die tolle Wohnung. Zuerst möchte ich erwähnen, dass es absolut sauber war, so dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlen konnten. Badezimmer, Küche und auch die anderen Räume waren picobello. Die Wohnung selber ist super schön und im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht nur zweckmäßig, sondern liebevoll gestaltet. Der Wohnraum ist riesig, so dass jeder genug Platz hat. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Mein kleiner Sohn wollte gar nicht mehr nach Hause sondern am liebsten nach Berlin ziehen und dann in diese Wohnung.

We were very happy to find that the kitchen was very complete, and had almost any appliance and tool you would need to make a big family dinner. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, and it was possible to store our luggage securely for later pick-up.

    We’ve got a warm welcome from Stephan, but unfortunately not from Babette which was odd. The communication went only through Stephan and he was nice and helpfull to us. The appartement is beautiful and was well equipped. Also the location is easy to acces. The beds where mediocre. One thing that was annoying during our stay was the fact that the owners of the loft live directly above you. We felt like they were watching us at times too check what we were doing. They also come in your garden sometimes. So there was a lack of privacy. Nevertheless, we had a really great vacaction in Berlin which we won’t forget. Greetz from Holland.

    De oude fabriek is een prachtige plek om te verblijven en om daar vandaan Berlijn te ontdekken. Het is echt een klein paradijsje. De woning is heel ruim, zeer schoon en ook zeer compleet ingericht. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep heel soepel en vlot. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen en voorzien van tips in de omgeving. Bovendien konden we ter plekke ook nog fietsen huren wat een uitstekende keuze bleek te zijn. Zeker een aanrader voor wie naar Berlijn gaat!

Es gibt drei Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, eine sehr toll ausgestattete Küche, großes Wohnzimmer und eine Terasse. Die Wohnung liegt nur eher außerhalb der Stadt, aber den öffentlichen Verkehr kann man in 5-15 min zu Fuß erreichen und in die Stadtmitte fahren. Würden definitiv wieder vorbeikommen!

    Die Wohnung ist wirklich super! Sie ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet (besser als mein eigener Haushalt und es gibt vor allem auch genügend Teller, Gläser, Besteck), sie ist sehr schick, aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig im Innenhof gelegen. Stephan hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns Tipps gegeben. Sicherlich gibt es Wohnungen, die zentraler gelegen sind (Bus zwar um die Ecke, brauchte aber etwas länger) und die U-Bahn ist 700m entfernt, aber alle Orte in Berlin sind gut und relativ schnell erreichbar. Sicherlich ist Moabit auch nicht der sauberste Stadtteil, aber irgendwie fanden wir die Lage auch cool und vor allem kann man sich in diesem Stadtteil eine so tolle Wohnung leisten, was in vielleicht schickeren und noch zentraleren Lagen nicht möglich wäre. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!

    Felt factory loft is a fantastic place. We were 8 adults and 3 small children, and had heaps of space to relax after long days exploring Berlin. Firm and comfortable beds, excellent heating and showers, plus a great communal table and light filled living area to share a meal. Full kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher. The kids had everything they needed too, cots and high chairs, and they LOVED the big teddy bears. Stephan was a very welcoming and attentive host, check in was easy, and whenever we needed something Stephan was there to help. We used the trains to get around Berlin, it's about a 10 min walk to nearest u-bahn. Quiet neighbourhood, easy taxi ride to TXL airport. Thank you for having us all the way from Australia.

    This was a great apartment - Just as described, I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again and recommend to others. Spacious, well equipped with all new appliances, and close to transportation. It was perfect for our group (family of 7 including grandparents and little ones). There was a nice play yard for the children and a nice patio for relaxing in the evenings for the adults.

  161. Berlin macht Spaß in diesem Loft!

    Wir waren als Familie mit vier Kindern knapp eine Woche in der ehemaligen Filzfabrik. Das tolle Loft mit großer Terrasse ist in einen größeren Hinterhof eingebunden, der Zuwege von zwei Straßen hat (Haustüren jeweils passwortgeschützt), dadurch keinerlei Verkehrslärm. Wir konnten unser Auto auch im Hinterhof parken. Der Moabit-Kiez ist lebendig, die Bar "Zaffke" in der Rathenower Str. gefiel mir dabei außerordentlich. Die Anbindung nach Mitte über die U9 nur mit Umsteigen, daneben gibt es aber auch Buslinien. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist echt klasse, der große Tisch im Wohnbereich lädt zum ausgedehnten Frühstücken. Wegen der großen Fenster ist das Loft wirklich "sonngeflutet".... Insgesamt eine tolle Lokation, der Vermieter war auf den angegebenen Telefonnummern sofort erreichbar bzw. kam zeitnah per sms zurück. Vielen Dank!

    We are coming to Berlinloft’s since many years and liked the way this place is run by Stefan and his Team. Very supportive with brilliant ideas in the way they furnish the apartments and give advise where to go. Felt Factory is newly refurbished and has a modern, light ambience, we missed nothing, even a smart TV was at our duty. So we will come again!

  176. Perfect Stay

    I had booked the loft for four musicians singing a concert and making a recording. The airy atmosphere of the apartment with the possibility for everybody to retire, though, was a perfect surrounding to make a successfull week. Moreover, the kitchen was quite something so that they could cook a wonderful meal every evening instead of spending a lot of money eating out. The atmosphere of the place contributed a lot to an harmonious being together for work and fun. A magic, unique place and very friendly staff!

    We had a wonderful familly weekend in this spacious Loft! It's very well located in a quite neighborhood, with a lovely outside area to enjoy the sun. The kitchen has anything you can think of to cook for large group. Our host was really helpful and communication was easy. Would definitely stay here again!
